VISI-Mold provides us with a fast and accurate method of designing and visualizing mold assemblies.

This powerful mold design unit within the VISI-Series™ uses catalogue standard elements, 'user defined' components or mini-assemblies to quickly allow us to try different solutions, examine conflicts and optimize the tool design.

Mold details, sectional views (variable) and automatic plate detailing are all created from the 3D model.  Assembly Manager is used to automatically generate the parts list.

Through its exceptionally graphic interface, J&M Mold saves time in producing drawings and a verified design, tailored precisely to the component being molded.

VISI-Flow combines in a revolutionary way the precision of the most advanced simulations with very short time for the preparation of the FEM model and the subsequent calculation. As the result of a development of more than 20 years, VISI-Flow rapidly studies all phases of the thermoplastics molding.

VISI-Flow helps our engineering staff design your mold so that it fills properly with trouble free welds, so that tolerances are maintained during cooling and after shrinkage, so that warpage problems are identified and corrected in the original design, and so that the cooling system works properly to produce consistent high quality parts at the fastest possible cycle time.

All design characteristics of a mold are considered in our VISI-Flow analysis - nozzle(s), sprue(s), runner(s), gate(s), and the number and layout of cavities for all types of injection molds.

VISI-MACHINING 2D: Integrated 2D Design and Machining provides the necessary design and machining tools for 2D milling, pocketing with islands, profiling and complex machining cycles for all drilling strategies on wire frame geometry.

This integrated wireframe modeler (VISI-Design) secures the easiest way of defining the part to be machined, as well as providing multiple import and export possibilities between various cad systems.

VISI-MACHINING 3D: VISI-Machining 3D is a high level CNC programming system providing toolpath calculations and simulation directly on an integrated solid and surface modeling base. The package offers multiple gouge free machining strategies which cover the full range of geometric conditions required by complex parts.
Requiring minimal intervention from the production engineer, the system speedily calculates offsets and CNC codes for a range of tool shapes. Simulation of tool movements and solid, shaded representation of the final piece ensure error free machining and scrap reduction.
The integrated solid and surface modeler secures the easiest way of defining the part to be machined, as well as, providing multiple import/export possibilities between cad systems.
VISI-Machining 3D caters for all the High Speed machining requirements; optimized rapid movements, dedicated HSM strategies and batch processing of predefined machining sequences. Rest roughing removes large volumes of stock material prior to finish machining. This guarantees that the tool loading remains constant, benifiting the high speed milling operations.
