As the result of over 25 years of experience and development, the VISI-Flow system provides users with state-of-the-art tools for the analysis of plastic injection molds. VISI-Flow helps us design your mold so it fills properly with trouble free welds, so tolerances can be maintained during cooling and after shrinkage, so warpage problems are identified and corrected in the original design, and so its cooling system works properly to produce consistent high quality parts at the fastest possible cycle time.
All design characteristics of a mold are considered in a VISI-Flow analysis - nozzle(s), sprue(s), runner(s), gate(s), and the number and layout of cavities for all types of injection molds.

We design for:

	Optimal filling conditions,
	Controlled product shrinkage,
	Proper flow welds,
	No air entrapments,
	The control of sink marks,
	Anticipated warpage and its control,
	The best runner system (hot, cold, etc),
	The best material specification,
